# Welcome to ChengHub: The Official Community Guide (Read This First)

> Welcome to ChengHub — the official community for ChengOS! Whether you just deployed your first workflow or you're a power user digging into the Rust core, you're in the right place. This post gets you up to speed in 3 minutes.

## What you can do here

The community has four post types covering almost every scenario:

## 30 seconds before posting

- **Search first**: your question may already be answered in an existing thread
- **Deduplicate requirements**: support an existing requirement post rather than reposting — support count drives official prioritization
- **Report bugs with context**: ChengOS version, deployment mode (Docker / native), relevant log snippets get answers twice as fast
- **Never paste secrets**: API keys, tokens, and credentials must not appear in posts or screenshots

## Bonus: put the whole community inside your AI tools

ChengHub natively supports **MCP (Model Context Protocol)**. Add it to any MCP-capable client — Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf — and you can **browse docs, search the community, and post questions right from your AI assistant**, no browser needed:

Create your token on the MCP panel of your account page (choose **Full access**; "Documentation only" is a staff-maintenance credential and will be rejected for normal use). Full steps in [Connect to ChengHub over MCP](/docs/community-mcp-access).

By the way: this very post was published over MCP — probably the best demo of that feature.

## Community rules

1. Be friendly, specific, and reproducible; give enough context when asking
2. Post in Chinese or English — the community is bilingual
3. Respect others' work: sharing workflows and writing tutorials deserve likes
4. Ads, spam, and personal attacks will be reported and handled
